Skyscraper Brewing Company incorporates in California.

October 1, 2005
The brewery finds a home in El Monte.

The brewhouse arrives! 15bbl copper clad mash tun, hot liquor tank, and direct-fired kettle.

Picked up the filter - a Velo 3 square meter DE filter in great shape.

Took delivery of a forklift to help with the heavy lifting.

Received an old open fermenter for use as a Cold Liquor Tank. Its legs had to be amputated to get it out of its old home, which is why it's lying on its side.

Turned in ABC (State of California) paperwork, posted the obligatory sign.

TTB (U.S. Department of Treasury) paperwork approved.

May 26, 2006
Received laminar flow hood. This will make lab and yeast work much easier and cleaner.
